You can request a free demo to see how Notifyre works before you get started. We’ll walk you through the platform and help you find the right solution for your business. You can also create a free Notifyre account to explore the fax service. To send faxes, add funds to your wallet (minimum top‑up of $10.00 USD excl. tax per transaction) or choose a receive fax plan to receive fax pages.

Porting in fax and SMS numbers is free in the USA across Notifyre fax services. An active Receive Fax plan is required to port a number.

Sending Fax: Send costs are deducted from your Notifyre wallet per fax page.

Receiving Fax: Usage draws down from your included monthly received pages on your Receive Fax plan. Once you exceed the pages allocated on your plan excess charges will be drawn from your Notifyre wallet. 

Fax sending is pay‑as‑you‑go. Receive Fax plans are billed monthly and can be upgraded, downgrade or cancelled anytime. 

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the new plan will take effect in the next billing cycle. If your current plan’s fax page limit has already been reached, excess usage charges will apply for any additional pages received before the new plan begins.

You won’t be able to send faxes until funds are added. Enable Auto Top‑Up to avoid interruptions.
Receive Fax services will continue as normal, provided you have an active Receive Fax plan. However, if your plan’s page limit has been reached, excess usage charges will apply and must be covered by your wallet balance. If there are insufficient funds, additional received pages may be blocked until the balance is topped up.

Notifyre accepts payment via credit card or debit card, including Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

Unused fax pages don’t roll over to the next billing cycle. Each Receive Fax plan includes a set number of pages per month, and any unused pages expire at the end of the cycle.
If you exceed your monthly page limit, excess pages will incur per‑page charges from your Notifyre wallet balance.
If you find you're not using all your allocated pages, you can easily downgrade your plan at any time to better suit your business needs.
