What is Tookan used for?

Tookan is a delivery and task management platform used to assign jobs, dispatch drivers, track deliveries, and optimize routes for last-mile operations.

When connected to Notifyre via Zapier, incoming SMS messages can be used to trigger actions in Tookan, such as creating or updating tasks. Notifyre handles the SMS input, while Tookan manages the resulting operational workflows.

Can Tookan send SMS?

No. Tookan does not send SMS messages natively. However, when integrated with Notifyre via Zapier, SMS can be used to trigger actions in Tookan. By sending an SMS to a designated number, specific events such as creating a task or updating a delivery can be automatically triggered.

What happens if multiple delivery updates occur at once?

Each Tookan trigger runs independently in Zapier, allowing Notifyre to send SMS messages reliably even when multiple tasks are updated at the same time.

Do I need coding to send SMS from Tookan?

No. Zapier enables no-code automation between Notifyre and Tookan. Simply set Notifyre (incoming SMS) as the trigger, choose Tookan as the action, and map the required task details.

Today there are very few situations where a fax is needed. Also, a fax is an additional machine you must keep at home. So having an online fax service makes sense, but most of the services require you to have a monthly subscription, which does not make sense for most of us. Having a pay-as-you-go is the best approach. Also using the web application is very user-friendly
