Can Trello send text messages?

By default, Trello does not send text messages. However, by integrating Trello using Zapier, with an online SMS service like Notifyre, you can automatically send SMS messages based on Trello triggers (like new cards, due dates, or comments). This lets teams receive real-time updates on their mobile phones without logging into Trello.

How do I send a message in Trello?

You cannot send a message on Trello itself, you need the Notifyre SMS integration via Zapier. To set it up:

Select Trello as the trigger app (e.g., New Card, Card Due) and connect your account.
Choose Notifyre SMS as the action app → Send SMS.
Connect your Notifyre account with API credentials.
Map Trello fields (like Card Title or Due Date) into your SMS.
Test, then turn on your Zap to automate SMS from Trello events.

Great Service and Pay As You Go

Today there are very few situations where a fax is needed. Also, a fax is an additional machine you must keep at home. So having an online fax service makes sense, but most of the services require you to have a monthly subscription, which does not make sense for most of us. Having a pay-as-you-go is the best approach. Also using the web application is very user-friendly
