Character limits and message parts apply when sending an SMS through Notifyre. The maximum character limit for a single SMS text message is 160 characters or 1 message part for a standard message. To send multi-part standard messages each message part has a maximum of 153 characters. Seven characters are required to facilitate re-joining of the message on delivery. When sending a SMS text message that contains more than 160 characters or more than 1 message part, every 153 characters or part thereof will be charged as an additional SMS message. If a message contains characters not in the GSM 03.38 basic character set, it will be treated as a Unicode message, which will result in fewer characters included per message part.

You can create a free Notifyre account to access the platform. To start sending SMS or fax messages, you will first need to add a payment method and funds to your account and order a virtual SMS number. Minimum funds to top-up is $10 USD.
In order to send high volume text messages in the US, organizations require a dedicated 10DLC number that has been registered through Notifyre. This subscription is charged monthly. The Campaign Registry require each SMS Campaign use case to have a dedicated virtual SMS number.
Brand registration is required and incurs a once off fee per brand. Brand resubmission fees will apply if information is not submitted correctly and therefore requires resubmission.
Campaign fees are charged monthly (a minimum period of 3 months applies on initial registration) and is charged during the initial Campaign registration.
The Campaign Registry completes company identification checks and reviews SMS Campaign data to provide transparency to Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) in the United States. This process is required when businesses or organizations send SMS messages using 10DLC numbers.
Notifyre accepts payment via credit card or debit card, including Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
When sending SMS or fax messages, the total cost will be deducted from your Notifyre account balance.
When receiving faxes, the total amount will be deducted from your allocated monthly fax received pages.
If your Notifyre account balance drops to zero, you will be unable to send any SMS or fax messages until funds have been added. To ensure uninterrupted messaging, we offer an optional auto top-up feature. If your balance drops below a desired amount, the funds will automatically be added from the chosen payment method attached to your Notifyre account.
Notifyre operates on a pay-as-you-go basis for SMS and fax sending, which means you’re never locked into any contracts. Fax receive plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. 10DLC registration for Campaigns requires a minimum period of 3 months and is charged during initial registration.

The maximum character limit for a single SMS text message is 160 characters or 1 message part.
However, Notifyre does not restrict its users from sending an SMS text message that is longer than 160 characters (unless Character Limit is toggled ON under SMS Settings).
If a longer message (multi-part message) is sent, each message has a maximum of 153 characters due to seven characters being needed to facilitate re-joining of the message on delivery. For longer messages sent, the SMS is split into two or more messages that may be reassembled on delivery, so they are a single message (or, on some handsets, may be delivered as a series of separate SMS).
If you send an SMS text message that contains more than 160 characters or 1 Message Parts, every 153 characters or part thereof will be charged as an additional SMS message.
Currently Notifyre is not enabled to support for individuals or sole proprietors who wish to send SMS messages.
Porting In is free in the USA across Notifyre fax services! To port a fax number, you will need an active Fax Receive Plan.
