Pricing shown is for sending and receiving within Australia using standard local numbers. All prices are exclusive of the statutory rate of Goods and Services Tax (GST) in Australia, currently 10%. International rates will vary based on destination – check rates on the portal. Extras apply on top of the base rate for sending and receiving. Faxes sent to 1300, 13 or 1800 fax numbers are charged at a higher per page rate. There is an additional 25% surcharge for high-resolution fax page sending applies. A flag fall fee of 1 page unit per fax job sent applies to fax attempts where a connection is established but no valid fax connection is obtained, returning a status result of ‘connection but not a fax machine’. Today there are very few situations where a fax is needed. Also, a fax is an additional machine you must keep at home. So having an online fax service makes sense, but most of the services require you to have a monthly subscription, which does not make sense for most of us. Having a pay-as-you-go is the best approach. Also using the web application is very user-friendly
