Online Fax Numbers Australia: Receive Fax Online

An online fax number (also called a virtual fax number) lets you send and receive faxes over the internet, no fax machine or phone line required. Faxes are delivered securely as PDF files to your email, or can be accessed and downloaded from Notifyre online fax platform, or retrieved via API into your system.
 

To order a fax number:

1. Sign Up or Login to your Notifyre account.

2. Go to Plans.

3. Choose either:

   • Choose a new number: Select a new fax number.

   • Port Existing Number: Transfer your current fax number to Notifyre.

4. Select your plan options and click Add to Cart.

5. Finalise your plan with a secure online credit card payment.

Senders use your Notifyre fax number just like a traditional one:

• They enter your fax number (including area code) on their fax machine or online fax service.

• The fax is securely received, converted to PDF, and delivered to your email, Notifyre's online fax platform, or via API.

Yes! You can:

• Add multiple email addresses to each fax number in your Fax Settings.

• Each email must be verified before faxes can be received. 

• Use fax number permissions to control access to receive faxes for invited emails or account sub-users.
