In addition to Notifyre’s stringent policies, processes and technical implementation, our online fax, online SMS and secure messaging solutions offer the security features such as:

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is mandatory for all accounts and sub-user profiles. Automatic log out occurs after 24 hours of inactivity. Login attempt tracking logs for suspicious activity monitoring.

All fax & SMS message activity are stored on the cloud via AES 256-bit encryption with lifetime storage, providing comprehensive downloadable reports and message history. Configurable fax data retention options are available.

Data is AES 256-bit encrypted at rest and in transit. TLS v1.2 encryption is enabled by default on emails sent or received. Our website and apps use HTTPS, which encrypts all data exchanged between your browser or app and Notifyre’s servers. SSL/TLS protocols make this connection secure.

Credit card payments are securely processed via Stripe. Stripe is PCI- certified and SOC1 and SOC2 compliant. Card data is handled securely using HTTPS and HSTS connections.

Admins can effortlessly create and manage multiple Notifyre accounts to organise teams, departments, or business locations. With advanced permission settings, you decide who can send fax/SMS messages, access reports or manage contacts.

Notifyre uses secure tokens so that only authorised applications or users can connect to its API, keeping your SMS and fax operations safe.
