How much does fax number porting cost?

Porting costs may vary depending on the type of port and qty of numbers. A ‘simple’ fax number port is $30 AUD per number. A ‘Complex’ port costs $110 AUD per number. Contact us for a multi-fax number port quote. *Pricing is inclusive of GST. Additional porting fees and charges may apply. All prices are subject to change without notice.

How long does the fax number porting process take?

Your fax number porting request will be processed by the Notifyre Support team who will keep you updated throughout the process. ‘Simple’ ports may take up to 30 days and ‘Complex’ ports may take up to 120 days. This is a carrier-level timeframe however fortunately, most ports are processed much quicker.

How many fax numbers can I port to Notifyre's fax service?

Have multiple sites or departments in your organisation? No worries. You can port as many fax numbers to Notifyre as you need. You will need to fill out the fax number porting request for each fax number you wish to transfer.

What's the difference between simple fax number porting & complex fax number porting?

‘Simple’ fax number porting refers to a simple service or number configuration. ‘Complex’ fax number porting refers to a complex service or number configuration, including but not limited to services with multiple numbers, a duet, line hunt, in-dial, on-ramp, ISDN or digitally hosted numbers. We recommend checking with your current fax number carrier to determine whether the port will be simple or complex.
