There is no charge for requesting access to your personal information, but we may require you to meet our reasonable costs in providing you with access (such as photocopying costs or costs for time spent on collating large amounts of material).

Provided that you provide us the relevant information, we will, where possible, keep all information on our users and account holders up to date. 7. Customer Access
Customer accounts are secured by personal username and password. No account details, including but not limited to, passwords, are accessible by any Notifyre staff. Customers can request a change of password or new password by the registered email address.
Account change requests will require email verification. No information change requests or account transfers will be undertaken without the authorized consent of the main account holder.
We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
